This quaint establishment is not just a spot to grab a quick bite; it’s a cozy haven where sweet nostalgia and culinary skill harmonize into every delightful cookie and aromatic beverage.

As you step inside The Cookie Shop, you're enveloped by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked cookies that instantly transports you back to sweeter days. The ambiance is intimate and welcoming—perfect for both a quick coffee break and a leisurely catch-up with friends. The shop can get a bit crowded at times, a testament to its popularity, but the lively atmosphere only adds to its charm.

The menu is a cookie lover’s dream. Guests rave about the heavenly cookies, and it's easy to see why. Each one is baked to perfection, boasting a crispy exterior and a gooey center that melts in your mouth. As customer Ieva Krikštopaitytė enthused, “These cookies are tasty as hell and you could not resist.” Whether you prefer classic flavors or creative new twists, there is something for everyone.

But it doesn’t end with cookies; the selection of drinks is equally impressive. Pair your cookie with a cup of their rich coffee or a soothing tea, both of which have garnered commendations from patrons like Minsu Kim, who appreciated the combination of quality and affordability. And those looking for something extra indulgent should not miss trying their hot chocolate, described by L Santos as “the best chocolate I’ve tried in a long time!” Hot, thick, sweet, and creamy, it complements the cookies beautifully and guarantees warmth even on the chilliest of days.

Located in the heart of the historical old town of Pamplona, The Cookie Shop serves as an ideal stop for people-watching. Enjoying a cookie while soaking in the scenic beauty surrounding you elevates the experience. Patrons can savor each delightful bite while immersing themselves in the vibrant energy of the plaza—a perfect juxtaposition of sweet comfort and cultural richness.

It's a super cozy place. During our visit in Pamplona we were there two times despite the fact that we were staying just one day. Theese cookies are tasty as hell and you could not resist. Also they have good coffee and tea. So I would highly recomend you to visit this small place during your Pamplona visit. It is definitely one of the places to go. Also it is situated in a very beautiful old town square!

Coffee and cookies are all so good as are the prices. Great atmosphere, a little crowded but worth it.

If there's one thing that can transport you to a whimsical realm of childhood memories, it's the aroma of freshly baked cookies wafting through the air. Nestled in the midst of Pamplona's bustling streets, I stumbled upon a hidden mouthwatering treat that truly encapsulates the magic of cookies. This unassuming little cookie shop, whose name I shall keep secret, is a culinary time machine that propels you back to simpler times with every bite. Picture this: a charming storefront tucked away from the tourist hordes, oozing with old-world charm and exuding the heavenly scent of butter, sugar, and all things sweet. The moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a display case filled to the brim with an array of cookies, each one a tiny masterpiece in its own right. From classic chocolate chip to delicate shortbread, and from chewy oatmeal raisin to decadent peanut butter, this place is a mecca for cookie aficionados. Now, let's address the elephant in the room: Ernest Hemingway. The legendary writer, known for his affinity for Pamplona and its bullfights, would have undoubtedly found solace and comfort in this cozy cookie haven. While Hemingway may be synonymous with manly pursuits and boisterous drinking establishments, I have a hunch that he wouldn't have been able to resist the allure of these delectable treats. In fact, I can envision him, sitting at one of the wooden tables, scribbling away in his notebook with a mischievous grin as he intermittently dips his cookies into a steaming cup of coffee or perhaps even a glass of absinthe. As a self-proclaimed culinary explorer, I had the privilege of sampling a variety of these toothsome delights, and let me tell you, my taste buds went into overdrive. The chocolate chip cookie, a classic in its own right, was a symphony of textures, with a crisp exterior giving way to a soft and chewy center, punctuated by pockets of gooey chocolate. It's the kind of cookie that's best enjoyed fresh out of the oven, the chocolate still melting on your fingertips. Apart from the cookies themselves, the ambiance of the shop is worth noting. With its vintage decor, warm lighting, and friendly staff who exude genuine passion for their craft, it's the kind of place that invites you to linger and lose yourself in a moment of pure bliss. As you savor each bite, relishing the crumbly texture and delicate flavors, you can't help but feel a sense of childlike wonder, a nostalgia for simpler times. In conclusion, my friends, this cookie shop in the heart of Pamplona is an experience not to be missed. Whether you're a fan of the classics or an adventurous soul seeking new flavor horizons, this little haven has something to satisfy your sweetest cravings. And as for Hemingway, well, I like to imagine that he would have adored this place. So do yourself a favor and stop by for a small box.

The cookie shop has a very good location for people watching. In the corner of a beautiful plaza, it's small and cozy. We went in on a cold and rainy day, looking for warmth, and since we weren't hungry, we only ordered two cups of hot chocolate. My God, that was the best chocolate I've tried in a long time! Hot, thick, sweet and creamy, it was delicious. My husband ordered the regular one, but mine had a splash of hazelnut, I can still taste how yummy it was. The cookies were regular looking, but now that I read the reviews, I wish I would have tried them. We had a nice chat with the owner as well. We enjoyed the experience.

A must stop for caminantes. The cookies are out of this world. Stopped for a quick bite on my way through the Camino and ended up taking a few for the trail.

The best cookies you can find in Pamplona. Definitely try out cookies with two chocolate types and nuts! Every weekend I walk more than 4 kilometers to get fresh cookies (fresh cookies every day) :) I hear it is best coffee in town, as well
